Hermiston School District Announces Administrative Changes for the 2025-2026 School Year

Hermiston School District is pleased to announce several key administrative appointments for the 2025-2026 school year, featuring dedicated leaders stepping into new roles. Delfino Osorio Garcia has been named principal of Armand Larive Middle School, bringing with him a strong background as a teacher and secondary instructional coach. Joining him is Heather Mills as assistant principal, who has served the district since 2015 and most recently worked as an instructional coach at Desert View Elementary. Additionally, Kurt Neville will transition from Sandstone Middle School to Hermiston High School as assistant principal, while Matt Morgan, currently dean of students at Hermiston High School, will take on the assistant principal role at Sandstone Middle School.
